TONYA POUNDS, FNP

Owner of Magnolia Healthcare & Aesthetics


Born and raised just outside Raleigh, North Carolina, Tonya earned her Undergraduate in Education at East Carolina University. Upon graduation, Tonya attended Wake Technical Community College, where she became a Registered Nurse and joined the Neurology/PACU team at UNC REX Hospital. While employed at REX, her passion for serving others through healthcare prompted her to earn her BSN and MSN, FNP-C from South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Since 2017, Tonya has been employed as a Nurse Practitioner in both Anesthesia at Wake Med and NiteLite Pediatric Urgent Care in the evenings. Most recently, Tonya earned her certification in aesthetics at the Laser Institute in Charlotte and now offers mobile Botox, Dermal fillers, Kybella, micro-needling, and facial peels.

When Tonya is not working, you can find her traveling, soaking up the salty air of the NC coast, working out, or spending time with her three fur babies and/or nieces and nephews (all of whom she loves to spoil!).

  • BETH CRATER, RN

    NURSE INJECTOR

    As a nurse with 41 years of experience, Beth has worked in the ER, ICU, recovery room, and cardiac nursing. When she’s not working, Beth enjoys camping, kayaking, cooking, and canning. As an integral member of the Magnolia team, you will find Beth serving as a nurse injector on the aesthetics side of our business.






  • GISELLE VAY JARAMILLO, CNA

    Patient Care Assistant

    A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Giselle worked as a nurse and receptionist at Pediatric Primary and Urgent Care prior to joining the Magnolia team. She’s a mom to her “baby” Coco, a three-year-old Shih Tzu mix.


  • JENNIFER PARKER

    FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

    Born and raised in Johnston County, Jennifer earned her education at Johnston Community College and carries a variety of degrees and certificates, including an Associate Degree in General Education, her EMT-I, her auctioneer license in 2006, and her Insurance Agent license. When she’s not busy working, you can find Jennifer with her three kids, cooking, making blankets, or farming.

  • MONICA FARIAS

    Born in Dunn & raised in Benson, North Carolina, Monica perfected her first language [ Spanish ] to those in need. Monica went from working in fast food restaurants to helping farmers receive the benefits and care they needed to landing a job at a pediatric office where she was able to use her interpreting skills while learning about the medical field.

    Monica is very family oriented (“They are my biggest supporters!) and you can catch her shopping, traveling, and spending time with with them and friends often. A foodie, Monica loves to try different culture’s foods and during summer time, she loves spending weekends at the beach.

    As a Patient and Client Coordinator, Daryl orchestrates every detail with finesse, ensuring our clients’ experiences are seamless and easy. With her joy and unwavering positivity, Daryl adds a sprinkle of happiness to our office every single day.
